By accessing or using Tawseef, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Tawseef provides an AI-powered platform for product classification and taxonomy mapping (UNSPSC, GPC). The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring you have the right to submit the data provided for classification
4. Fees and Payment
Pricing is based on volume tiers. You agree to pay all charges incurred at the rates in effect when such charges are incurred. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our satisfaction guarantee.
5. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its software, AI models, and design, is the property of Tawseef. You retain ownership of the raw data you submit, while we retain ownership of the models and algorithms used to process that data.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tawseef shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tawseef is registered.
